Over the weekend, a few people from the PopularScreensavers office got together to see the re-released Titanic movie in 3D at the Imax theater near our offices. In the office this week, we’ve all be talking about how cool it is that they could take a movie released in 1997 and turn it into 3D. And seeing on the HUGE screen was awesome as well, they reported. It’s truly amazing what technology can do today, especially when it comes to film and television. They’re selling 3D TVs at Best Buy, we can watch movies on our cell phones– who knows what will happen in 10 years!
At Popular Screensavers, we’re always trying to push the envelopes with our design and technology to stay ahead of the curve. Did you know that people have been keeping fish as pets since the Roman Empire? As far back as the year 50, Romans would bring a fish called a barbel into their homes and store them in small marble tanks.
